• All school fees, including tuition, admission, annual, and other applicable charges, can be paid through the online payment gateway integrated on our website.

• Payments must be made before or by the due date mentioned in the fee schedule or notice.

• Late payments may attract penalties as per the school’s fee policy.

3. Payment Gateway

• We use a secure third-party payment gateway to process your online fee payments.

• The School is not responsible for any payment errors or failures caused by the payment gateway, your internet connection, or your bank.

4. Security

• All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The School will not be responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.

 

5. Payment Confirmation

• Upon successful payment, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation from the payment gateway or school portal.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information (email and mobile number) is up to date.

 

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No Refunds: Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless specified under exceptional circumstances.

• Duplicate Payment: If any duplicate payment is made, the extra amount will be adjusted in the next fee cycle or refunded upon request after verification. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the school office or by email to enquire@preppyschools.com

7. Privacy Policy

• The personal and financial information provided during online fee payment will be used solely for fee processing and record maintenance.

• The School does not store or retain any credit/debit card or banking information.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The School will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the online fee payment facility.

• This includes but is not limited to technical issues, payment failure, or incorrect fee amounts.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on our website.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
